SK 1000F Injection Sandblasting Machine with Front Cover was compact designed for sandblasting of parts upto 90cm. It is convenient for general sandblasting processes with injection system. Sandblasting pressure and abrasive quantity can be adjusted. It could be used for Sandblasting advantageously for the applications of material surface cleaning, roughening and polishing. Since the front door does not have opening distance, it does not occupy extra space during loading and unloading. SK 1000F with front-loading capability can be folded upwards and It has a front cover supported by shock absorbers. All of our injection type sandblasting machines have *Safety Cabinet Package of *Gate Switches, Solenoid Valve and Custom Made Panel.

All our Sandblasting Cabinets manufacturing is designed as three-dimensional. Then, the steel plates are cut by laser cutting method, twisting through the process they are taken to our welding section. After welding, the parts are mounted and flaw if any is resolved. Then, the electrostatic paint process is performed. Painted materials are assembled with other electrical and pneumatic parts and the production phase is completed. All our sandblasting machines are tested before the sale as standard procedure. We have improved especially our technological infrastructure with R&D and present our products according to sandblasting market needs at very proper prices.
